Outings and excursions aim to enrich the learning experience of students by stepping out of the classroom to visualise what they have learnt in lessons. It can stimulate student-centred learning and foster their interest and empathy. It is clear from the discussions, evaluations and reviews that their levels of interest and responsiveness rise following the activities.

 

We expect the activities to help students appreciate and respect the diverse cultures of the districts / regions / cities, and learn to handle conflicting values, especially the social controversies over the huge changes and continuity of these districts / regions / cities in the past decades.
